The Legend of Big Manny: Big Manny grew up in the late 50's and early 60's in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco. By the mid 60's he found himself knee deep in the counter culture beat of San Francisco. By the time he was 20, Big Manny was well entrenched in a notorious rough and tough motorcycle club (shhh gang) who will remain anonymous. It was there, at the clubhouse, where Manny began developing his recipes. He and his biker comrades would feast on these homemade wings along with kegs of beer before heading out on their noise makers to enjoy the emerging rock bands. Manny may appear to be a rough character but has two deep passions in life, the legendary Grateful Dead and making his delicious wings. Heating Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake for approximately 7-8 minutes each side. Microwave: Microwave ovens vary greatly. Use these instructions as a guide only. Use a microwave safe plate. Microwave for approximately 4 minutes, rotating plate 1/4 turn midway through cooking. Let stand approximately 1 minute. (8 pcs.) Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking times may vary. Heat & serve. Keep frozen.
