Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Boiling: place frozen tortellini in 8 cups vigorously boiling water (salted to taste). Stir. Cook for 5 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain. Microwave: for 1 package frozen tortellini...in a 3 qt. Casserole, cover and heat 6 cups of water to a boil (13-18 min.). Add tortellini and salt to taste; stir. Cook 3 1/2 minutes. Drain.
