Microwave Directions: Important: Do not microwave in bag. 1. Add kale and 1/4 cup water to 1 1/2-quart round microwaveable casserole dish. 2. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain if necessary. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattage vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do no leave microwave unattended): 1200; 8:00 to 8:30 time on high. 1000; 9:00 to 9:30 time on high. 700 10:00 to 10:30 time on high. Keep frozen.
