Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Microwave: Place 1/2 package (8 oz) in covered microwave proof casserole dish; add 3 tablespoons of water. Cook on high setting for 2 minutes*. Stir and continue to cook another 2-4 minutes*. Do not overcook. Let stand 2-3 minutes. To prepare entire package, double suggested cooking times and subtract 1 minute. Standing time is important for safety and quality. Check for cold spots and continue cooking, if needed. *Microwave cooking times may vary from one oven to another. For best results, consult owners manual. Stovetop: Preheat skillet or wok. Add 1 tablespoon oil and frozen vegetables. Cook for 1 minute uncovered, stir occasionally. Cover and cook 3 minutes or to desired tenderness. Do not overcook. Add seasoning if desired. To store: Keep frozen until ready to use. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F (-18 degrees C).
