Heating Instructions: Steam Bag - Microwave (1200 watts): 10 oz. Do not pierce bag. Gently squeeze the bag to separate the vegetable pieces and place unopened bag face down in the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes*. During heating, the bag will slowly inflate. Steam will be released from the bag through a special vent. A whistling sound may be heard. Caution: Bag is hot carefully remove the bag from the microwave, avoiding steam. Shake well and let stand for 1 minute. Put into a serving dish and season to taste. * Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. For food safety and best quality, cook items at a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Steam: 10 oz. In a large pot, bring water into a boil. Drop the frozen vegetables into the steamer pot and cover. Cook on medium heat for approximately 4 to 5 minutes* or until the vegetables have reached the desired texture and temperature. Place into a serving dish and season to taste. * Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. For food safety and best quality, cook items at a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
