Microwave Directions: Place pouch on microwavable plate. Cut small slit in center. Microwave on high according to chart. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Cut off end of pouch; empty spinach into serving dish. Stir. Microwave Wattage*: 1200; Time on High: 6:00 to 7:00. Microwave Wattage*: 1000; Time on High: 7:00 to 8:30. Microwave Wattage*: 700; Time on High: 9:30 to 10:00. * Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. Stovetop Directions: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart saucepan. Add 1 Tablespoon Water. Cover; cook over medium heat 9 to 13 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally. Drain. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Keep frozen. Push to open.
