Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Microwave: Combine desired amount of frozen vegetables and 2 tablespoons water in a microwave-safe casserole dish; cover. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes* or to desired tenderness, stirring halfway through cooking time. Let stand 2-3 minutes. Standing time is important for safety and quality. Check for cold spots and continue cooking, if needed. Stovetop: In a large skillet, heat 1-tablespoon oil over high heat until very hot.
