Directions: Pellet Grill: 1. Ensure hopper and auger are clear of any debris. 2. Do not soak pellets. 3. Fill hopper to desired level with Kingsford 100% Hardwood Pellets prior to starting the grill (About 1 lb per hour on low heat 2 lb per hour on high heat). 4. Light grill and set temperature following grill directions. 5. Depending on pellet grill and temperature setting, most grills will begin to smoke within 15 minutes of ignition. 6. Keep grill close to capture the full flavor. Charcoal Grill: Light and spread following charcoal grilling instructions. DIY Smoker: 1. Place a handful of Kingsford 100% Hardwood Pellets into a tinfoil pack, poke several holes and place on top of hot coals. 2. Allow pellets to burn several minutes, then remove packet from coals with tongs and blow out flame. 3. Replace top grill and place pellet packet near food over indirect heat. Pellet Smoker Tube: 1. Fill pellet smoker tube with Kingsford 100% Hardwood Pellets. 2. Light pellets following pellet smoker tube instructions with a butane torch, fire starter or a hot coal. 3. Allow pellets to burn for several minutes, then remove tube from coals with tongs and blow out flame. 4. Replace tong grill gate and place pellet smoker tube near food over indirect heat. Store pellets in a cool, dry place.
