Directions: For First Use: Remove seal and squeeze for 2 seconds at activate no mess cap. For best results at high altitude, remove and reapply cap to release pressure before first use. Store cap down. Wet hands and forearms. Apply 5ml or palmful to hands and forearms. Scrub thoroughly for 30 sec. Rinse.
