Directions: Wet hands and forearms. Apply 5mL or palmful to hands and forearms. Scrub thoroughly for 30 sec. Rinse. For First Use: Remove seal and squeeze for 2 seconds to activate no mess cap. For best result at high altitude, remove and reapply cap to release pressure before first use. Store cap down.
