Dark meat turkey chopped and formed. Natural (Minimally processed, no artificial ingredients). No antibiotics ever (Turkey never administered antibiotics or animal-by products). Not preserved. No added hormones (Federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones in poultry). No nitrates or nitrites added (Except for those naturally occurring in sea salt and cultured celery powder).
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Pre-heat skillet to medium/high. Heat slices while turning them every minute to ensure uniform browning. When desired browning is achieved, remove slices from skillet and drain on paper towels. Bake: Place separated strips on rack in shallow pan. Bake about 12 minutes at 400 degrees F. No turning necessary. Microwave: Place bacon slices between paper towels on paper plate. Cook on high power. 2 Slices: 1-1/2 - 2 min, 4 Slices: 2-1/2 - 3 min. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
