Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Pan Fry: Place bacon slices in skillet. Cook over low heat, turning frequently, to desired crispness. Drain on paper towels. Microwave: Place bacon slices on paper towels on a microwave-safe dish and cover with paper towel. Cook on high to desired crispness: 1 Slice: 1 to 1-1/2 mins., 4 Slices: 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 mins., 8+ Slices: Begin with 7-8 minutes and add additional time if needed. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 385 degrees F. Place bacon slices on a sheet pan and bake on bottom rack for 18 minutes or until desired crispness. Keep refrigerated.
