Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: (1) Place bacon strips in a cold cast iron skillet. (2) Cook thoroughly and slowly over a medium burner until browned and slightly crispy. (3) Approximately 4-5 minutes per side turning once. Not preserved keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
