Keep refrigerated. Prepare with pride: Cover Mash's corned beef with water. (For delicatessen flavor add 1 teaspoon mixed spices.) Cover. Bring to boil and simmer in original water until tender. Approximately 3 hours. Test with fork. Allow to cool 15 min. Without removing from water. Meat is ready to serve. Slice thin across grain for best flavor. Microwave cooking instructions: Remove from package. Place Mash's corned beef in microwave approved covered dish. Cover meat with water. "For delicatessen flavor add 1 tsp. Mixed spices." Cook covered for 30 minutes on high setting. Turn beef over in dish. Cover and simmer until fork tender, "Approx. 50 min." Slice thin across grain for best flavor.
