Cooking Instructions: Preheat grill/broiler on high. Sear meat 3/4 minutes. Turn over; sear 2-3 minutes. Turn over again. Reduce heat to medium; close and cook 3-6 minutes to 145 degrees F. Remove from heat and let rest 5-10 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
