Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: (Cooking times may vary) 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, for convection oven preheat to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove the chicken breast from the packaging and reserve any excess marinade to use for basting the chicken. 3. Prepare a sheet pan with release spray, lightly coating the pan. Place the chicken onto the tray using tongs to remove from the packaging. Spoon the equivalent of a tablespoon of its marinade over the chicken while on the tray. 4. Place the chicken into the oven and roast it for 8 minutes. Add a teaspoon or more of the marinade over the chicken and return to roasting for 10 minutes or until the chicken breast reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. 5. Cover the chicken with another pan or loosely with foil and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. 6. Chicken is ready to slice or serve with sides or a condiment. Keep refrigerated.
