Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook in under 20 minutes on stove top from frozen. Cooking Instructions (For best result when breading or marinating Tyson individually frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute) Thin Sliced: Stove Top: (1) Preheat skillet over medium heat. Oil or non-stick pan spray can be used to prevent sticking. (2) Place frozen chicken in skillet, cover pan and cook for 10 minutes. (3) Flip chicken, cover pan and cook for additional 10 minutes, or until minimum internal temperature measured using instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. Oven: (1) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. (2) Cook frozen fillets on covered pan for 45 minutes or until internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170 degrees F. (Bake thawed breast 39 to 44 minutes). Appliances vary. Cooking time approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
