Favorite recipes: Chick'n Peanut Mango Stir-fry: Prepare chick'n wings according to directions. Before adding sauce, add chunks of mango, sliced scallions and peanut. Heat thoroughly, then add sauce. Spoon mixture over rice and garnish with sesame seeds for a perfect stir-fry. Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: In non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add 1-2 tbsp of oil. Cook frozen wings for 8-10 minutes until crispy and browned on both sides. Add sauce to pan for 30 seconds to coat wings. 9 Minutes. Conventional Oven: Pre-heat to 400 degrees F. In a bowl mix frozen wings and defrosted sauce until well coated. Place wings flat on baking dish and bake for 12-15 minutes until crisp. 14 Minutes. Sauce Pack: Place sauce pack in a bowl of hot water for 3 minutes to defrost. 3 Minutes. Remember: Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Do not overcook- it's not meat! For food safety, cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum. Keep frozen.
