How to Prepare: Skillet (Our Favorite): Lightly coat skillet with oil; preheat over medium heat. Add Smart Tenders and cook 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Let stand 1 minute. Microwave (1,100 Watts): Place a single layer of Smart Tenders on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high 1 minute per serving (3 tenders). Let stand 1 minute. Keep refrigerated.
