Heat at 325 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature of 140 degrees F is reached. For best quality, do not overcook. Ham Glaze Mix: (With Honey) Gluten-Free. Spiral Ham Cooking Instructions: Ham Preparation- All spiral hams are fully cooked and ready to eat. You may serve them cold or heat them. Preheat oven to 325 F, Place ham in baking dish face down (or fat side up). Cover ham with aluminum foil. Heat for 10 minutes per pound (or internal temp of 120 F). Remove ham from oven. Glaze Preparation: Preheat oven to 450 F. In a small bowl bring 3 tablespoons of water to a boil. Stir in glaze mix. Brush mixture over ham. Return ham to 450 F. oven uncovered for 5 minutes. Not preserved. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
