Cooking Instructions: Cook Smithfield Pork to an internal end temperature of 145 Degrees F. (medium-rare) to 160 Degrees F (medium) when measured in the thickest part of the meat. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Pork will be slightly pink in the center. Oven: Heat oven to 375 Degrees F. Remove pork from packaging and plate, bacon side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast 30 to 35 minutes per pound. Keep refrigerated. Cook thoroughly. This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions.
