Keep refrigerated. Easy steps for a perfect Turkey breast. Thawing (if frozen after purchase). Do not open bag until Turkey breast is defrosted. Keep Turkey breast cold. Do not thaw at room temperature. Place on tray in refrigerator for 24 - 48 hours. Preparation: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove breast from bag. Rinse inside and outside of breast with cold water. Drain well and pat dry. Roast immediately. Using a thermometer*: When using a thermometer, insert into the thickest part of breast without touching bone. (*Recommended). Microwave: We recommend conventional roasting. If you do use a microwave, refer to the manufacturer's instructions for approximate cooking times. BBQ grill: Your Turkey breast is delicious when grilled. Follow grill manufacturer's directions. Roasting: Place breast-side up on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast at 325 degrees F according to chart below. When Turkey breast is golden brown, cover with a loose tent of aluminum foil to prevent over-browning. Turkey breast is done when a meat thermometer, not touching any bone, registers at least 165 degrees F in the deepest part of the breast. For easier slicing, allow cooked Turkey breast to rest for at least 10 minutes before carving. Estimated roasting time.
