Directions for use: Fill your clean litter box with 2-3 inches of Fresh Step® litter. Additional Fresh Step® litter is recommended if the litter box is used by more than one cat. This is a no clump, just dump litter. Empty the entire litter box as needed, usually about once a week. Dispose of used litter in trash. Remove solid waste daily and dispose of in the trash. Sprinkle additional Fresh Step® litter in the litter box each time you remove solid waste to help keep the litter box fresh. Do not flush down the toilet or drain. Tips for a happy and healthy cat - Recommended by cat behaviorists. Best size litter boxes: 1 1/2 Times the length of cat, from nose to base of tail. As cats get bigger, so should boxes. Kittens need low-sided boxes for easy access. Best number of litter boxes: To avoid accidents outside of the litter box, maintain 1 box per cat plus 1 additional box.
