Microwave in Bag Directions: 1. Pierce bag with fork. 2. Place bag on microwavable plate. 3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. For softer texture, add up to 1 minute. Let sit for 1 minute. Caution: Contents and Bag hot! 4. Open bag, pour contents into serving dish and enjoy. Because microwaves vary, cook times are approximate. Serving Suggestions: Saute squash with butter and brown sugar for a flavorful side dish. Sautéed squash can also be served with vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert! Boil squash until tender, then mash and top with pecans and nutmeg for a festive twist to traditional mashed potatoes. Chop into bite size pieces and add to rice pilaf for added color and flavor. Toss Squash with olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary. Roast at 400 degrees F for 45-50 minutes, or until caramelized and golden brown. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
