Guacamole: 3 Ripe organic hass avocados. 1 Fresh lime (optional). 1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped (optional), 1 Medium/large tomato, chopped. 1/3 Cup green onions, chopped. 1 Small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced hot sauce (optional), garlic salt and pepper to taste. Peel Avocados: Remove pits and place in a bowl. Squeeze lie over avocados. Add remaining ingredients and blend, using fork or potato masher, leaving the mixture chunky. Serve with tortilla chips. Serves 6-8.
