Cooking Directions: Stovetop: Heat large saute pan or wok on medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil into hot pan, then add vegetables. Continue to saute for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and add stir fry sauce. Continue to stir vegetables in sauce until vegetables are cooked to your preference. Plate, serve and enjoy! Serve over rice with your favorite grille shrimp, chicken or beef. Keep refrigerated.
