Directions

Wear Instructions: (1) Pull support on so that the heel fits into the cut out area of the support. (2) Stitched panel should lie comfortably on both sides of the ankle as well as behind the ankle. Adjust slightly to your desired comfort level. Care Instructions: Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do Not: Machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
