Wear Instructions: Slip the Ace Brand Posture Corrector over your shoulders. To adjust fit, unfasten Adjustment Straps and pull them away from your body until you reach a desired posture. Secure tabs to front of Shoulder Straps. Back Pad should be centered between shoulder blades. Fit should be firm yet comfortable. Start wearing in 15 minute increments. Increase duration as needed thereafter. The Buckle Pad on the back may be adjusted as needed. If you feel pain or discomfort at any point, loosen straps and readjust. Washing: Hand wash warm, no tumble dry, no iron, no bleach, no dry clean.
