Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. For food safety & quality, always follow cooking instructions. Pan Fried*: 1. Place patties directly into cold skillet. 2. Cook over medium heat until touched with brown. 3. Turn and brown. * Cook until sausage interior is no longer pink and temperature is a minimum of 160 degrees F. Caution: Cooked product is hot!
