Easy Setup. 1. With clean hands, flush filter with cold water for 15 seconds. 2. Remove lid and insert filter below line to seal filter. 3. Press firmly to ensure the filter is secure. 4. Add cold tap water. Pour out the first 3 pitchers of water. For best results, store the Brita pitcher in your refrigerator or out of direct sunlight.
