Cooking instructions: Air Fryer: Cook from frozen. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees F. Cut open the inner, sealed pouch of salmon, and empty it and the vegetables, into the air fryer basket, combining together. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking/flipping after 6-minutes. Product is cooked when the internal temperature of the salmon has reached 145 degrees F. Let stand for 2 minutes - enjoy! Conventional Oven: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Tear open packaging. Cut open the inner, sealed pouch of salmon, and empty it and the vegetables, onto a lined baking sheet or oven-safe dish, combining together. Cook for 17-20 minutes, shaking/flipping after 8-minutes. Product is cooked when the internal temperature of the salmon has reached 145 degrees F. Let stand for 2 minutes - enjoy! Ovens and air fryers vary: cooking times may need to be adjusted. Keep frozen.
