A Perfect Cup of Coffee Everytime: Brewing Suggestions: Step 1: Start with the finest quality coffees from Charleston Coffee Roasters! Step 2: Use quality water. Always use fresh cold water. Never use distilled or soft water. Step 3: Select the proper grind. French Press: Coarse to medium. Drip: Medium to fine. Espresso: Fine. Step 4: Use the correct amount of coffee. 2 level tablespoons per 6 oz of water. Adjust for personal taste preference. Step 5: Enjoy! Proper Storage: Store coffee in an airtight container away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture.
