Use the taco filling to top tostadas, stuff enchiladas or burritos, or in your favorite fajita recipe. Directions: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Make 6 (2 taco) servings. 1 pkg Cholula Smoky Chipotle Taco Seasoning Mix; 1 tbsp oil; 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips; 1/2 cup water; 12 (6-inch) flour or corn tortillas, warmed. 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir just until browned. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. 3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with desired toppings, such as pickled red onion, crumbled Cotija and chopped cilantro. Cholula Tips: Use taco filling to top tostadas, stuff enchiladas or in your favorite fajita recipe.
