14 g protein per serving. Gluten free. Vegetarian. Welcome to Deep. And welcome to our Indian family's kitchen. Peas, cheese, and a little spice makes everything taste nice! Our Matar Paneer contains fresh spices we grind ourselves and simmer in a tomato-based sauce, plus fresh paneer cheese served over rice. It's a favorite recipe in our home - the kind served alongside jokes and laughter. So who wants to join us for a bite? This dish features: green peas, paneer, ghee, onions, turmeric. Dive Deeper: (at)deepindiankitchen. Always made from scratch. No artificial ingredients. To our family, the name "deep" is, well, deep. In India it means lamp and enlightenment, and our mission is to share the best of India's culture with everyone. That's why we care so much about our food and every purchase benefits our Deepkiran ("ray of light") foundation, which helps children in rural India access education. Children we support each year: 35,000+.
