Cooking Instruction: 1. Bring water (3 quarters of water per 8.8 oz package of pasta) to a boil and add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta and stir. Cook stirring occasionally. 3. Check at 9 minutes then drain pasta and serve to your taste. Try Our Buckwheat Mezzi Rigatoni with Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes: 8.8 oz Buckwheat Mezzi Rigatoni. 3/4 cup basil pesto sauce. 5 oz chopped red cherry tomatoes. Extra virgin olive oil to taste. Pine nuts to taste. Lightly saute the tomatoes in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, then stir in the pesto and remove from heat. Cook and drain the pasta and add to the sauce, stir to coat thoroughly, and serve garnished with pine nuts. Store in a cool, dry place.
