Directions
Cooking Instruction: 1. Bring water (4 quarters of water per 12 oz package of pasta) to a boil and add salt to taste. 2. Add pasta and stir. Cook stirring occasionally. 3. Check at 10 minutes then drain pasta and serve to your taste. Try Our Oat Penne with Spinach, Feta and Cherry Tomatoes: 12 oz Oat Penne - 18 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered. 7 oz fresh baby spinach · 3.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled. Lightly saute the sliced cherry tomatoes in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the pasta, drain and toss in the pan with the tomatoes, then add the fresh spinach. Turn off the heat, stir in the feta crumbles, and serve. Store in a cool, dry place.
