Cooking Instructions: Stove Top: Bring 6 cups water to boil in a large saucepan. Add 1 package of Franklin Farms Edamame and 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional). Return to boil. Cook 2 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold running water to cool. Drain well and serve. In the Microwave: Rinse beans in cool water. Place beans in microwave safe container and cover with water. Cook uncovered on high for 2 minutes. Drain and season. (Microwave times mary vary). Keep refrigerated. May be frozen. Consume or freeze within 3 days of opening. Product should always be cooked to minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep refrigerated. Consume or freeze within 3 days of opening.
