Directions
Cooking instructions. Stove top: 1. Rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water for 2 minutes or until water runs clear. 2. Slowly bring the rice and 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. 3. As soon as the water has come to a boil, turn the heat down to a low setting with a lid on and cook for 10-12 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and stand covered for 5-10 minutes. 5. Use a fork to loosen the rice grains before serving. Microwave: 1. Rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water for 2 minutes or until water runs clear. 2. Place in a microwave safe container with 2 cups of water. 3. Place in the microwave with a lid loosely covering contents and microwave on high (800 watts) for 12 minutes. 4. Let stand in the microwave for 5-10 minutes. 5. Use a fork to loosen the rice grains before serving. Store in cool, dry place.
