Cooking Directions: Microwave Cooking Instructions: Remove vegetables from bag and place in microwave safe dish. Add two tablespoons of water and cover. Microwave on high for 3-6 minutes (times may vary based on microwave). Stovetop Cooking Instructions: In a pot, bring ½-1 inch water to a boil. Remove desired quantity of vegetables from bag and add to pot. Cover loosely, allowing steam to vent and simmer on low for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Oven/ Roast Instructions: Place in a baking dish and toss with oil and your favorite seasoning. Roast in oven for desired time. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
