Wire replacement instructions: 1. To replace wire, unhook from either end by lifting plastic anchor. The wire will easily come off. 2. Insert new plastic anchor with wire into one end first until it clicks in securely. then stretch across the frame of slicer and insert the other anchor into place. 3. Your slicer is now ready to start slicing again!
