Our products are made from real dairy milk. To make them lactose free, we add an enzyme called lactase that breaks down the lactose into two digestible sugars. If you have lactose intolerance, you don't have enough lactase enzyme to digest lactose, and this can be really uncomfortable. So, we do this little step for you, and we make sure it's done right. We test every batch to ensure it's actually lactose free, according to our strict standards.
