Directions

Oven Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Mix together 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water. 3. Moisten chicken with egg wash. Shake off excess. For a different flavor, do not moisten with egg wash. Instead brush with your favorite BBQ sauce before coating. 4. Add BBQ coating mix to shallow bowl. Coat chicken with coating mix, lightly pressing to ensure maximum adhesion. 5. Bake chicken on ungreased or foil-lined baking pan until cooked through. Boneless chicken should take 20 minutes; bone-in, 45 minutes. Air Fryer Directions: 1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix together 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water. 3. Moisten chicken with egg wash. Shake off excess. For a different flavor, do not moisten with egg wash. Instead brush with your favorite BBQ sauce before coating. 4. Add BBQ coating mix to shallow bowl. Coat chicken with coating mix, lightly pressing to ensure maximum adhesion. 5. Place chicken in air fryer basket. Boneless chicken should take 10 - 20 minutes; bone-in, 30 minutes (or when internal temperature is 165 degrees F).
