Mouth-filling and palate-gripping with a pleasingly dry finish. Packer with fair trade cocoa and not mush else. Gluten-free. Making real chocolate ice cream isn't easy. It took me five years to perfect this flavor, packed with so much real cocoa—three times more than most chocolate ice creams out there—that it is overflowing with rich, bittersweet chocolate flavor and is dense but still creamy. Like the inside of a dark chocolate truffle. It's an amazing testament to the way we make ice cream. Jenis. Grass-grazed milk. Certified B corporation.
