Instructions: 1. Remove plastic battery protect tab before activation. 2. Button controls 3 lighted modes. 1st press - random twinkle 2nd press - all flashing 3rd press - all on 4th press - all off. Battery Instructors: 1. Remove battery cover with screwdriver. 2. Replace two (2) CR1220 3V batteries (included) with positive side facing downward. 3. Replace battery cover. Never mix old and new batteries. Never mix different types of batteries (alkaline vs carbon vs. lithium) Dispose/recycle in compliance with all local and federal laws. Always properly store, safeguard, and dispose of batteries. Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -).
