- Family-favorite meal
Take the work out of making Chicken Parmesan with McCormick One Sheet Pan Chicken Parmesan. This convenient seasoning has all the Italian flavors you love- basil, oregano and Parmesan cheese- with the bonus of easy clean-up. Here, chicken breasts are seasoned with a classic Italian seasoning mix before baking with your favorite veggies. With five minutes to go, top chicken with sauce and cheese and bake until melted. We use broccoli, but any sturdy roasting vegetable will do. To make this one-pan meal, you will need: McCormick ONE Seasoning Mix, boneless chicken breasts, oil, broccoli florets, salt, pepper, spaghetti or marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Directions
Sheet pan chicken parmesan. Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings. 1 pkg. McCormick seasoning mix you will need. 1 lb. Thinly sliced boneless chicken breasts 1 tbsp. Oil 1/2 cup. Spaghetti or marinara sauce 1/2 cup. Shredded mozzarella cheese directions. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Empty seasoning mix into shallow dish. Brush chicken with oil. Coat evenly on both sides with seasoning mix. Discard any remaining seasoning mix. 2. Place chicken on large shallow foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. 3. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from oven. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Kitchen Tips: Serve on hoagie rolls for subs. To toast your rolls, remove chicken from oven. Place 4 hoagie rolls on sheet pan and bake 2 to 3 minutes. Try substituting regular chicken breasts for the thinly sliced chicken breast. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally into two even pieces. If necessary, place chicken breasts in resealable bag and pound gently with a meat mallet until desired thickness.
