This 5-minute sauce delivers the perfect finish to any meal. No special ingredients or long cooking needed with our Parmesan Garlic Sauce Mix. Simply whisk the sauce mix packet with 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 2 minutes. The result is 1 cup of sauce to serve over simply cooked entrees of poultry or meat. With its alfredo-inspired flavors of Parmesan cheese and garlic, it's also delicious over shrimp or other seafood as well as kid-friendly spaghetti. Sometimes you all you need is a sauce to add flavor excitement to dinnertime.

Parmesan Garlic Simmer & Serve Sauce Mix: Total Time: 5 minutes. Makes 1 cup. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick simmer & serve sauce mix. 1 cup milk. Stovetop Directions: 1. Whisk milk and sauce mix in small saucepan until well blended. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Sauce will thicken upon standing). Microwave Directions: 1. Stir milk into Sauce Mix in microwavable bowl. 2. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate. Kitchen Tips: Serve over chicken, pasta, rice, potatoes, steak or vegetables, if desired. For a flavorful twist, stir in a dash of lemon juice, cayenne pepper or white wine while simmering.
