To thaw: Place in refrigerator for 24 hours. Cooking instructions: pan fry: preheat stove to medium heat. Apply small amount of cooking oil to skillet. Cook desired amount of beef in skillet, turning once. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a thermometer. Keep refrigerated or frozen. To Freeze: place freezer-ready package directly in the freezer.
