Details
Roseda Farm Black Angus Burgers. Locally raised. Dry aged for superior taste. U.S. Inspected and passed by Department of Agriculture. Contains 4-6 oz (170g) burgers. Roseda black angus farm. Handle with care. Contents extremely delicious. Made from Roseda black angus beef. Four 6 oz (170g) burgers. About 60 years ago, the beef industry changed. In a rush to get products to market, breeding cattle became less about quality and more about quantity. Dry aging beef for flavor and tenderness was left behind. When rosemary and Ed started Roseda Farm, they looked back to more traditional methods of cattle ranching and meat production. To ensure quality and consistency, Roseda, cattle would have to be bred on the farm, or to bulls carefully selected from other herds, with the traits that would produce a flavorful and enjoyable beef experience. More importantly, they understood that the food you place on the table has to be pure and natural*. That's why the beef Roseda Farm produces is raised without added growth hormones or other such additives. We run Roseda as a farm, not a factory... and you'll taste the difference in every delicious bite. *Minimally processed. No artificial ingredients. To learn more.
