Directions

Instructions: Step 1. Pour 1/2 cup (4-5 oz) of smoothie kit contents into blender. We recommend 5 prebiotic superfood gems. Step 2. Add about 1-1 1/2 cups of your preferred liquid (water, coconut water, almond or oat milk). Blend mixture thoroughly until smoothie reaches desired thickness. Keep frozen. Cut to open.
