Cook thoroughly. Microwave 9 Mins: 1. Remove film. 2. Cook 6 mins on high. 3. Stir. Cook 3 mins on high until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 4. Let stand 1 min. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. 2. Remove film. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack. 3. Cook 45 mins until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 4. Remove from oven and let stand 1 min. Will be hot! For food safety and quality, follow cooking instructions. Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Ovens vary; cooking time may need adjusting. Do not prepare in toaster ovens directions developed using 1100 watt microwave oven. Do not reheat tray. Keep frozen. To Open: Push in pull out.
